Here is a proposal for you to invest $10,000 or more in Real Estate Investments.
• Buying Single Family Home Lots for Investment.
• You purchase an approved single family home lot for $10,000 and up.
• There will be some additional costs about $2000 for title company to close and prepare the agreement.
• These lots are in the Gated, Guarded Communities of White Bluff, Whitney and The Retreat, Cleburne.
• You sign an agreement with our company to Market, Build and Sell a home on that lot and title the lot in our company name.
• We will finance the construction of the home.
• You will pay property taxes, property owners association fee and any special assessment. The Property Association fee will be very low (currently $2.00 per year) as we own multiple lots in these communities.
• Once the home is constructed, you will be paid your Purchase price including all the costs you have paid plus we will give you a profit of 100% of what you paid within 5 years.
• We expect the home to be sold within five years or sooner.
